We practice healthy eating habits without forcing a restrictive diet (which means you can still eat what you like). Making better life choices and maintaining a lifestyle diet, you will be changing your nutrition habits very quickly.

Daily, weekly, and monthly goals are all necessary in weight loss. Collecting your weight and other statistics, you can focus on what your body needs work on the most. This is part of our individualized approach where everybody will reach their goals.

You only need about 30 minutes of exercise a day consisting of aerobics, weights / body weight, balance, and stretching. We help to find an Aerobics workout that you like. Weights include smaller handheld weights for more portability and it doesn’t eliminate anybody from participating.

If we don’t change our behaviors we stay on the same yoyo track. Learn how to stop the bad behaviors and replace them with healthy ones. We will do activities to keep you moving forward with your health.

We use mindfulness in our workouts, food choices, and stress release. Breathing, yoga, and meditation help bring the stress levels down when life gets overwhelming. Let’s find some peacefulness and make our emotional life much better.
